Flämslätt Diocese- & Conference Centre in Skara was established in 1939, and is one of the oldest diocesans in Sweden. In the beginning, the establishment provided youth camps, but after its successful expansion in the 50s it was also suitable as a meeting point between the churches in the area. The church in the diocesan was completed in 1959 and is regarded a milestone in the regional history.
In 1957 Flämslätt Diocese- & Conference Centre had its first confirmation camp. From recent decades and until today, Flämslätt has developed into a natural gathering place for confirmation camps, conferences, philosophy of life and as a natural meeting place. Thanks to remodeling of the rooms, and improvement of the kitchen and other services, Flämslätt has now become one of the most exciting conference hotels in Västergötland.
The facility is owned and operated by the Diocese of Skara – Part of the Swedish Church. The swedish church now has sixteen Diocese- & Conference Centres in Sweden, and all of them have interesting and exciting meeting facilities to suite your needs. They vary from having very modern facilities to facilities that are more basic.
Flämslätt has an interesting and attractive setting and environment for courses and conferences. The environment is perfect for activities within ethics, philosophy of life and personal development.

With great effort, we have created peacefull hotel rooms to ensure our guests get a sense of peace and well-being. Our hostel is nestled at the edge of the forest and is perfect for guests that would like a more basic accommodation.
Bring your group, team or association for activities on Flämslätt. Activities include, but not limited to, swimming, canoeing and other outdoor sports. We also have a sports center for indoor activities.
The restaurant at Flämslätt has a great reputation and the kitchen is known for its refined simplicity of classic home cooking. The chefs takes professional pride in creating a culunary experience that is characterized and inspired by food from theire daily life.
The daily lunch Include salad, bread, butter, beverage and coffee & cake. The restaurant is open for lunch weekdays between 12 pm to 1:30 pm. 145 kr / person.
